Look I actually made a second one. This one is less complicated then the first, but I think I like it more. It is smaller (12x12) but has more tabs on it. Jack seems to enjoy it. It's just the right size for a game of peek-a-boo.
Definitely worthy of a baby shower gift!! I love taggies. Ava has one that she inherited from the boys I used to take care of. It is well-loved : ) It is an actual 'taggie orginal' and I think those things cost like $20 or something ridiculous. I think any new expectant mother would feel excited and LOVE a hand-made (and way-too-cute) blankie for her newborn.

i have a friend who makes these....
i'm not sure how big hers are... but hers have more tabs on all 4 sides...
i've not actually seen one in person tho. just in pictures...
